Absolutely beautiful home! We went for a getaway trip and it was definitely worth it! The outdoor area was an absolute dream, there was plenty of shade and just the right amount of sunlight. The host is absolutely amazing and super responsive! The home is only 15 minutes from Clearwater beach. I would 100% recommend this find!

We had a great stay.
The house is perfect for large groups especially those with children who loved the heated pool, hot tub, games room, and theatre room. The back yard is very spacious allowing room for kids to play. Minutes from the beaches and fun restaurants. The house was well supplied with everything you need. Better than most Airbnb homes.

Our stay at Fermina’s home this past weekend was absolutely wonderful. The house is impeccably appointed and beautifully designed, every space feels both elevated and comfortable. It’s clear that Fermina has thoughtfully considered every detail. From a fully stocked kitchen to well-appointed bathroom amenities, everything we could possibly need was provided.
Our kids truly enjoyed everything the home had to offer. They spent time in the pool, made s’mores around the fire pit, watched March Madness in the theater room, and had a blast in the game room. Even during a few rainy afternoons, there was never a moment of boredom.
Fermina was also fantastic to work with incredibly communicative, responsive, and welcoming from start to finish. She has created such a special place for families to gather and relax.
Our kids even said this was their favorite Airbnb we’ve stayed in so far, which says a lot. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely love to return. Highly recomm
